I had a terrible experience at the Bijoy Nagar branch of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The waiting time was unbearable—almost 2 hours just to get basic services. It’s highly frustrating and shows poor management. Please improve your service efficiency!

worst service ever, huge customers but they operate only 4-5 counter. So if anyone go for a transaction he/she have to wait for a long time (minimum half an hour).

Too busy in office time.But they have quee system fot that you don't need to stand for serial in long time.Just Enter the bank and get your serial slip. Everything us fine but thier some stafs behaviour is not well.They are rude. But Guards are helpful.
