Its oppiste to Banani Super Market. Too much serial but not so much crowded. Big space inside bank. And lots of chair. So you Won't feel crowder.

Private commercial bank of Bangladesh. It has the largest ATM network throughout the country. DBBL offers all types of VISA and MasterCard Cards. I like the bank.

I opened my DBBL account back in 2013 at the Banani branch and still use it occasionally. The primary reason for choosing this bank was the widespread availability of their ATM booths across the country. Additionally, I initially experienced good customer service. What impressed me most was that they issued the ATM card immediately upon account opening. However, over the past few years, I’ve noticed a decline in several aspects of their services. The key issues are as follows: 1. The number of branches and employees is inadequate compared to their large customer base. Their branches are consistently overcrowded. 2. Bank employees are not particularly cordial or customer-friendly. 3. Except for a few branches in upscale areas of Dhaka, most branches are neither well-decorated nor well-maintained. 4. Receiving torn or taped currency notes from ATM booths has become a frequent issue. On one occasion, I withdrew only 15,000 BDT and received three torn notes that had been taped. The AT

Worst banking service ever received. They are practicing pillow passing technic to avoid their responsibilities. Specially Cash in Charge Md. Abdul Hye is the most worst and disrespectful banker we have seen so far. His rude behave and irresponsible attitude may hamper DBBL in long run. Don't recommend at all.
