I am very disappointed by the service I received today, after more than 10 years of loyalty. While I was trying to resolve an important issue, the manager simply asked me to wait outside her office door, without seeing me or listening to me, despite my repeated visits to the branch. I find this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in a bank that is supposed to prioritize customer relations. I hope management will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service and the handling of requests. Goodbye CPA!

This agency is run by an incompetent manager who doesn't care about her clients. The staff works chaotically, with constant talking, shouting, and private phone calls. 50% of the staff should be fired. I'm dissatisfied today because I've been waiting for a business checkbook for three months now, and I haven't received anything. Furthermore, they never answer the phone. It's inexplicable.
