I visit the branch occasionally and always feel very well looked after. Therefore, I can't understand the last review and would like to hear the other side. In my experience, all the employees there are always friendly and patient – ​​regardless of who they are!

I went there to open a basic bank account. I was greeted by a young woman, and she was nice and polite. I haven't encountered such a polite and friendly woman in a long time. We chatted for a while. We had some difficulties opening the account. Then she went to her colleague and, in a very rude and condescending manner (an older woman in her mid-50s, also a Commerzbank employee), said to me: "She said they couldn't accept me because I had debts there in the past and therefore couldn't open an account." But her facial expressions and gestures spoke volumes, as if I were scum just because I had job problems three years ago and couldn't pay my bills, which I can now manage again. Anyway, I wouldn't like Commerzbank. I wouldn't go there again, especially not to be told things like, "I'm in my mid-50s," or "I've never had any problems in my life," and then to be accused of deliberately not mentioning it because I'd forgotten.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. Unfortunately, Mr. Neumann is no longer responsible for the Eschwege branch. I wish him all the best in his new branch in Gotha.

Even though account maintenance fees have been reintroduced, I'm very satisfied with Commerzbank, especially with the advice I received from Mr. Neumann! Compared to the many free alternatives, Commerzbank simply offers excellent customer service and easy access to their representatives. Next year will mark ten years as a customer, and I definitely don't regret it.

The advice is simply excellent – ​​you feel well taken care of and receive competent answers to all your questions. I would particularly like to emphasize the bank's excellent accessibility. Whether by phone or in person, you always receive prompt and efficient service. It's great to see that customer service is a top priority here. Overall, a fantastic bank that I can wholeheartedly recommend!
