Commerzbank Arnstadt: Excellent advice from Ms. Menge I've been a customer for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the Arnstadt branch, especially because of its local presence. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Ms. Menge to discuss various topics, and I'd like to sincerely thank her for her extremely competent advice. Employees like her are the reason I will NOT switch to a cheaper online bank with no account fees. However, the bank definitely needs to improve its website. Scheduling an appointment online requires far too much time and too many clicks. It's extremely annoying.
