Disappointed on so many levels. Although people are trying to speak English, the banking part of their service is horrible. Always a line in the lobby, you will wait for at least 15 minutes to get somewhere. I opened an account, provided all the documents and a full month later I can’t use all of the services. They didn’t upload my residence permit, it took 2 hotline operators to tell me that the residence permit is missing, it took 2 attempts/ 2 days to get to the branch since the first time I was simply told no one can help me on that day. After finally providing my permit I still can’t fully use my card because they haven’t uploaded the permit into the system (another 3 days passed!!!!) Will close an account and try to forget about this place

I went there to take an appointment to open a Bank account for GmbH, but they called me a day after and declined that we cant open your account. I still do not know, why and for what reason they declined? Totally worst experience.

It was wonderful and very easy to open bank account.Mirela Murtic was very kind and supportive.

Horrible service. Save yourself the trouble and take some other bank. It's not worth all this drama.

The security lady was mean and doesn't have respect to people doesn't speak German. I had to ask for help from people from my company to assist me to get through her. The rest of the people inside the bank was kind, but it was an awful experience trying to get in.
