Visited Commerzbank to open a new account and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and efficient the process was. The employees were friendly, well-informed, and guided me through each step. A truly seamless experience.

Visiting their office for my account activation turned out to be a surprisingly smooth ride. I honestly expected it to take ages—because, well, we all know how these things usually go. But nope! They were super efficient and even let me email most of the documents instead of handing them over in person (except the passport, of course—some things are sacred .. All in all, a quick, easy, and unexpectedly pleasant experience!
