HORROR BANK! Take your money as long as its not too late! All my cards, logging ins are blocked and I cannot access my money. I wish i could take my money out of that account and never hear about this bank any more. 0 stars. Costumer service horrible, no answers for emails, they ask you to send them confidential information per emails, passport or id card. The call center is awful.

By far the worst bank I have dealt with! Costumer service if existent provides contradicting statements. They overcharge in fees and suddenly close accounts, and charge you 100 euro fees to transfer the remaining funds. Best financial advice: Stay away from them!

I've been their costumer for almost 10 years, everything worked quite good, but this last year out of the blue they deleted my credit card (no notice ahead or anything, I found out as I was traveling and couldn't use it), and for the last 20 days I had no way to log in to my account, I called over 50 times, each time waiting over 20 minutes. When someone finally answers, she was just incredibly rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and she hanged up on me. Way to lose a costumer Comdirect, that's so smart from you

We've been their customer for over 10 years and we used to be happy with their services. But last year, for NO particular reason, we received letters that my daughter and I can no longer be their customer. When we FINALLY got them on the phone to speak to a live customer rep questioning why, no reason was given. On top of that, she was defensive, curt and rude. I am still wondering to this day if it is because my child and myself have foreign sounding names. My husband who carries a German name did not receive such notification. In my 50 years of living in 3 continents and having dealt with many local and international banks I have never encountered such service. And get this, even though THEY are the ones who asked us to discontinue as their customers, they did not make this an easy process for us. The entire process took MONTHS and we had to chase them with phone calls and written letters to make sure they transferred everything even though THEY set a deadline which they did not meet

Seems like they’re not only rude to their customers, but to everyone. When staying at the nearby hotel Comdirect had an event. Till late in the night there was loud music (getting louder and louder after midnight). If they are even half as rude to their customiser as they’re in general, I would suggest finding another bank.
