Excellent customer service by very professional staff, Follows Covid-19 protocols without affecting their services.

I visited the Citibank Sakinaka branch to add my parents as joint holder to my account. I had done so only after confirming with the customer care. The staff was very rude and had no to every question I asked. They gave 3 or 4 forms to fill without any instruction and my parents and myself had to sit for 2 hours just to wait and fill forms. The entire branch was lethargic and had no customer centric behaviour.

It has the worst service. No professional way of working. On cash counter, Ms. Joan Mendes don't know how to talk with customer, she is creating the issue and she don't know what to answer the customer. And on the enquiry counter, Mr. Nitin, for solving any issue, he will say wait and keep you waiting for almost more than 1 hour, like I am waiting. I came hear to make a cash payment for credit card. But for 10 mins work, they make me wait for more than 1 hour and I am still waiting. If anyone wants to make deposit for Citibank, kindly do not visit this branch. It has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any bank or branch.

I am waiting in line since 10:30 almost more than an hour still 7 customer in line before me. When I came the count of customer was 12-15 maximum. Staff always give excuse of low staffing. This is 4 time I am visiting this bank always same senerio. Takes more than one hour even if there are less customer. Try fixing this issue.
