After checking the ratings of various branches, I chose to come to this one to open a new account. Before arriving, I was quite nervous because I had seen many negative reviews online. However, the teller at this branch immediately eased my worries upon my arrival. He was extremely friendly and clearly explained all the documents needed for a Malaysian working in Singapore: IC, work permit, three months’ payslips (photocopies), three months’ Singapore bank statements (photocopies), and a Malaysia number that can receive OTP. He even kindly reminded me that photocopying nearby costs RM2 per page and asked if I wanted to go home to prepare first before coming back. When I returned with all the documents, he guided me through the form, and the lady who processed my account was very efficient as well. I could feel that she genuinely wanted to help and speed up the process, although the system seemed to require her to manually input many details. Thanks to all of you, my experience here
Kind,friendly and efficient staff,especially the gentleman (24 Nov 2025 11am) at front counter has guided us properly to scan the QR for queue number, provided required documents to complete. Throughout the whole process of deposit cheque and getting a new debit card,he has instructed us to the right counter and asist with the whole communication process.Very responsible and excellent,thumbs up for him!
23/9/2024 around 3.50pm - 4.30pm. Malay ladies Staff counter 5 & 6❗️Very disappointed❗️staff not friendly. No one staff assist/approach customer at reception. Others branch reception give que number but this branch need to scan code for the 1st time customer don’t know need to scan code and need to wait until customer approach your staff at counter❗️when number calling at counter 5 still have customer and staff talk nonsense gossip cookies la food la with customer ask customer instagram for personal thing not for work❗️for what to call the next number if still need to santai santai gossip and next customer need to wait 15minute❗️ wasted my time❗️worst service❗️

poor service only one counter is doingnew accounting service ,waiting 40min even come my turn thing that if you are get number behind of 10. very disappointed the servicing here
