This is one of the Good CIB branches Helpful staff and efficient I had visited few CIB branches and out off those I loved Luxor Awamia Branch and This Branch Abass Al Agaad
Worst branch and worst bank ever. They are too arrogant to serve you.
Online reservations... and still had to wait more than an hour Facade of efficiency here when they waste your time like any other bank
Disgusting and dirty branch, extremely rude and unprofessional employees. It’s just unbelievable how they treat their customers. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a bank. Their so called senior branch manager is a total joke, he kept receiving calls and requests while I was waiting in his office with no regards to the person he should be servicing! Avoid this branch at any cost!
Best ATM machines i ever seeb till now. U can also deposit money to any cib account without a card. Also deposit and withdraw vodafone cash via atm machines.
