It’s been more than 10 minutes after working hours and still not opened
I don’t recommend to anyone to pay tuitions in this bank due to the lack of the SYSTEM ,the bad attitude of the employee who stand beside the door of the bank (ابو سيستم دروب), and only one out of three tellers is available and the rest taking a long coffee break outside of the building without any least care of the big crowd of the customers. Again, this branch is as hell AF. قال سيستم drop قال
Unfriendly and unhelpful female employee that works on opening accounts. Always on phone, never making an effort to help, everything that goes through her takes ages - it literally makes me sick when I need to go to the bank and she is working.
Just a question how they hired such teller !! Recommend even to hire another professional one to respect clients Really worst bank ever !
3 years in the guc and every and each single time i try to pay tuition in this branch the employee on the door tells me that the system is down😂
