Edit2: today I m waiting already 70mim to get to the counter. Still 6 numbers left before it gonna be my turn. edit: very bad happenings with this bank and it's service just continues. unfortunately I can't give another 0 star rating that why I just edit my review from before. cash machine (atm) is daily taking money or cards. shutting down from one to another second and doesn't provide service. CIB knows about that problem! and they do nothing about it ĺLş Very bad customer service. You always have to wait at least 30 minutes. Never are all counters open. Staff is not friendly and always stressed. Not even a pen is available. They complain even when u ask to put money in counter machine to see if it's the right amount... all in all horrible. Would never open an account here!

They are just looking new bank customers, but didn't learned how to treat the clients. I never ever wanna be with my companies, to them customer, after that how the cashier treated me. They are losers, if they didn't know how to care the clients!

Left atm machine just take the money and do give out the Egyptian pounds. It takes 2 hours to make a complaint and 2 days to get back the money. I couldn't use the ATM to withdraw or deposit payments. It is horror. I don't trust this machine and i don't trust the system, and i advise everyone to don't trust them.

It's written here that working hours is from 08.00 to 03.00 however they don't really start at 8, they start from 08.30 and they will refuse to let you enter even before that time!!!!!

Unfortunately they has broken system most of the time.
