Professionalism is NOT a word they heard of in this branch. Wether you’re exchanging money, seeking customers service or even have a general inquiry, I would highly suggest you avoid the CIB.
After waiting nearly 2 hours for my queue which is maybe for the busy hours but then after, the customer service shocked me to tell it’s NOT POSSIBLE TO OPEN BUSINESS ACCOUNT AT THAT BRANCH and I have to head to another one !!!!! HOW COME WITH ALL THESE TECHNOLOGY A BRANCH IN THE MIDDLE OF COMMERCIAL AREA NOT SERVING BUSINESS ACCOUNTS???
It is in a good place you can reach it easily and its ATM machines are always ready to withdraw money from it
