The Deputy Manager Mr. Aziz was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and solved all our problems. Incredibly polite and always has a beautiful smile... Exceptional service with a smile . We love this branch.

Extremely slow service, just poppin in to get something done is not an option, count at least 1-2 hours before you are done with a simple proces. inefficiënt procedures, next to that I had to put at least 20+ signatures for opening a bank account. And even then they let me come back to the bank to sign one document again because the signature didn’t match. Regretted that I opened an account at this bank.

A convenient place to undertake a CIB transaction. No dogs allowed though, which is tricky is you’ve been practicing tax evasion and have your bank account registered in your pet’s name.
