Worst experience ever. Personal experience, the CS staff is so lazy to assist in opening an account during the weekend. We literally came from another China bank branch and we were referred there ourselves. After we drove away, they still pushed us around so unprofessionally. They are not happy to be a new customer. While in other banks, they are super accommodating when you transfer your money from other banks to them due to security reasons. Cavite area is not allowed to open a branch in Cavite too? What is your system, Jurasic. If you don't just issue a check faster than the other banks and need to process it on the weekend, I hope you won't consider it. Only in the Philippines!
