Very slow (50 minutes to change my address), the bank has many outages and deposited money is not accessible, they seem confused by simple questions (like trying to deposit coins when their machine is broken, they don’t know how to do it).

Slow and lousy service, basically one person in line translates to 15 minutes wait, if there’s 10 people in line, prepare a short novel cause you’ll finish it!

I went to the Cathay United Bank Xitun branch to handle credit card matters. For someone like me who knows nothing about banking, going to the bank is a real headache! Luckily, I was incredibly fortunate to encounter the very friendly staff at the Xitun branch. I especially want to mention Ms. Wei, the specialist at counter number 7. With her sweet smile and kind tone, she was professional yet gentle and considerate, handling everything for me quickly and efficiently, resolving all my issues! Ms. Wei is like an angel; I'm truly grateful to her! This time, the service I received at the bank was both friendly and professional. After everything was settled, I'm leaving this review in a very pleasant mood! I hope the company will give more praise to the hardworking staff at the Xitun branch~ You guys are amazing!
