The slowest service I've ever seen

Terrible!

I'm very satisfied with this bank! Whenever I have a problem or a question, the team is responsive and attentive. Deposits and withdrawals are easy, and I always feel well supported. The advisors are professional, polite, and available; both in person and by email, their responses are quick and clear. Frankly, I've never had any problems with either my dinar or foreign currency account. The only slight drawback is that the fees are rather high, but it's still a reliable and reputable bank that I recommend without hesitation. 👌

I had a business and personal account at this branch and I had to close it! You arrive at any time of day for a simple withdrawal or a document request, and you'll be waiting for more than half an hour. As for the advisors, I won't hide the fact that some of them are really not suited to their role: no smile, lack of friendliness, no empathy – in short, people who shouldn't be in the front office.

Too bad there's no zero, I would have given it one... catastrophic agency, staff almost nonexistent, advisors never answer the phone, very, very poor service! Total disappointment. Avoid at all costs!
