A bank branch I've frequented for over 40 years, where I've had excellent relationships, has unfortunately become impersonal. The reception area has become a vast, empty room with one person sitting in the middle directing clients. Personal interaction is disappearing, even in private banking. Since my former excellent advisor left, I have no contact whatsoever. A simple introduction would have been appreciated...
