Today I wanted to withdraw money from the ATM. They deducted money from the card but didn't give me cash. Why do you even steal from people in banks? Tomorrow we will contact the embassy to get the money back, if not we will ask for compensation. This will be publicized!!!!

We originally had an appointment last week, but we received no call, no notification whatsoever. So the receptionist scheduled another appointment for the following week. The phone call was a disaster. The advisor didn't even seem to want to take the call. She said, "Well, what do you want to know?" as if she didn't have time for us. She even mentioned that she had only taken the call because a meeting had been canceled, and that we should consider ourselves lucky that a team meeting hadn't happened during our scheduled appointment time. Throughout the conversation, she made a series of meaningless remarks and comparisons, as if to discourage us or avoid working. And at the end, in bad faith, she tried to twist the situation around. But I'm glad I set her straight and showed her I'm not a doormat to be wiped on. Run away from that woman.
