I have been a BNP Paribas customer for over 50 years, and I have always had branch managers who were very attentive, highly responsive, and proven professional. Just as with my family doctor, I don't like having to constantly explain who I am; it's much more pleasant not to be just a number or a file that multiple people can access at will. It's this aspect that makes society bearable, and I am therefore opposed to excessive technology and, consequently, to completely impersonal online banks. Regarding my Lunéville branch, I am very satisfied with the staff I have dealt with, particularly Mr. Siegel, but especially Ms. Sabrina Durand, whose follow-up and support with all my requests I greatly appreciated. A big thank you to them both.

Having been a BNP customer since 1978, first at the Dombasle-sur-Meurthe branch, then after its closure, being attached to the Lunéville branch, demonstrates my complete satisfaction. I have always appreciated the personalized service provided by the advisors who have supported me. I would particularly like to thank Ms. DURAND, branch manager and my current financial advisor, for her professionalism, availability, listening skills, and friendly advice. The staff are great, attentive, friendly, accommodating, and provide perfect service for students. There was a bad man for a while; I don't know his position, but otherwise everything is great.
