I received a very poor reception from Ms. Céline Piot, the account manager. I've never seen anything like it in 30 years at BNP!
BNP PARIBAS leasing TO AVOID!! They automatically add unrequested formulas and when you call them they don't remove them, you have to create your customer area and blah blah blah...and all this in an unfriendly tone!!!! These practices are becoming more and more unbearable!!!
Horrible! For professionals, go elsewhere; you'll be overtaxed and mistreated!
The staff is extremely unpleasant, doesn't answer our questions, and speaks rudely to us. This is my second email and I still haven't received a response from you! When dealing with customers, the goal is to be pleasant!
