Two months waiting for a new card and no information was provided. I can’t understand how a bank this important doesn’t have the mean (or the will ? ) to simply respond to a message of a client whose card expired two months ago. I have been a client of BNP (between many countries) for more than 16 years, never have I seen something like this !
