Dumb staff afraid of foreigners and impolite. Also very high fees on withdrawal. 55k minimum compared to other banks 22k flat. Avoid BIDV. They suck.
Bad ::) When I went to the bank, there was a support number to call, but the staff just sat there doing nothing. When I asked the hospital, they told me to wait, then someone called but no one bothered to answer for 30 minutes.
Staff do not support businesses to register for online services, forcing individuals to open personal accounts at Hong Ha branch before registering.
They didn't give out tickets and told us to wait for our turn to be called. We waited for an hour and they still didn't call.
I waited 15 minutes and no staff member came to greet me, while the staff were still chatting amongst themselves. I got fed up and left.
