Bendigo Bank Perth Branch 225 Saint Georges Terrace Perth

Went to Bendigo Bank Perth at St Georges Terrace because we had issues logging into our online banking. Served by DANI, who was super super patient. She explained everything in an easy to understand manner; helped us resolve the log in issues, and in the process we even opened a Savings account! She’s truly a gem and we hope she does very well at the bank!

As UP Banks parent company. I do not recommend them with the policy in the terms and conditions of 15.3 which pretty much says they can close your account if the wind changes

If you're thinking of joining bendigo bank, don't do it. Even though all banks are bad, bendigo bank, despite their 'marketing' does not offer a better alternative. Less features, worse branch staff, even less branches in W.A. Perth branch takes the cake for time wasting and frustration.

Well thats ten minutes of my life I'll never see again. Seriously, 4pm on a Friday and you had one person serving? Disgraceful. Only made worse by the fact there was a guy sitting at a terminal, 40cm away. What was he doing for his pay? I'm bloody sure it wasn't serving Customers. At least the guy behind the counter was friendly and funny. If not apologetic.

Bendigo bank is the best bank for all your needs and the staff are always friendly and helpful especially Michelle who works in the Perth branch she is fantastic and knows what she is doing and is always really helpful and friendly
