25 years with Bendigo gone after the branch manager wouldn't listen when I was telling her that her systems were hacked. Someone had access to their email and text message service. I was called by Bendigo bank customer support (not Fremantle branch) later to apologise and was thanked for bringing the breach to their attention.

I've been with Bendigo for about 12 years now. They are absolutely fantastic: polite, friendly, human and totally helpful. What other bank would ring you if you had forgotten to transfer funds to cover an automatic transfer? Every one of my dealings with Bendigo has been a pleasure.

Friendly laid back staff giving old fashioned service with a human touch. Being able to call the bank at 5.30pm and have the manager take time out to discuss a small fee discrepancy and then have the issue resolved at the start of business the next day is what I am talking about. Bravo Bendigo Freo.. you rock!
