Wanted to give a quick shoutout to the beautiful Kellie working on the 5th of Feb. I was simply withdrawing some money, an easy 2 minute transaction, and yet I felt so warmly welcomed and cared for by Kellie in those two minutes. You have a beautiful soul Kellie, keep it up.
Excellent service! Walked in and served straight away. Able to open account on the spot with no fuss. Really happy with Bendigo bank and highly recommend Geelong West Branch.
Terrible. Opening account and depositing money into bank all very quick easy. You have to call them activate online banking- they are extremely slow to get to your call compared to my other bank. Finally active permission to move funds. Try to move funds. Declined because transaction appeared 'suspicious'. Call again to white list transferee. Ages again on phone- at least 40min.wait. They approve my transaction- doesn't go through. Call again- more wasted time. Am told account manager will call me back. Calls back a few hours later and advises me they are closing the account. Fine, only been a few days and bank is a nightmare already. Try to send money to my other bank account. Internet banking has been disabled again. Back on the phone now trying to get permission to move my money. Absoute trash bank
Staff are lovely, but more staff are needed. Every time I’m in the bank there is a wait time of over 20mins. Not the staffs problem but maybe the staff sitting behind their desks to the side can engage with the customers and start seeing them - there’s enough tellers to do so! I feel sorry for the staff - the branch owner should be ashamed!
the worst branch ever. I waited at least 25/30+ mins to do a transaction that takes 3 mins. What really pissed me off more, was that the teller then engaged in a conversation with the customer AFTER his transaction was done, about things unrelated to banking while there was a line behind me of more than 5 people. This branch doesnt value customers at all and I will terminate my accounts with this bank. Absolutely disgraceful. The manager ought to put the staff in line, seriously.
