Bendigo Bank 72 High Street Berwick

Horrible experience. I needed about a dozen coins counted with notes to be deposited. The teller refused to take the coins and said I had to put them through the machine. I explained a bad experience I had losing money through a coin machine. She still refused. I could not do my banking at that bank unless I used the coin machine for about a dozen coins. How ridiculous, I have never been treated so badly in a bank before. I had to leave and drive to another branch that had no problem counting a few coins. I will never go to the Berwick branch again and would not advise anyone else to use that branch either. Very rude, no polite customer service.

Thank you Malini, for excellent customer service today. Sure it feels good to be served by a very competent staff these days. All big 4 banks have compromised on customer service, and was amazed to be served with such a skilled employee at such a small branch.

Far out. This place used to be so good years ago. I was served by Shveeta who had literally zero customer service skills and visually made it her job to make sure I knew she didn't want to be there to help. This can't be good for the future of a small bank when banks are already becoming endangered.

Courtney and Justin at Bendigo bank Berwick did a really good job in helping me understand my options with my banking. I appreciate the time they took to discuss everything with me. The refurbished bank looks great as well a nice upgrade to the Bendigo bank brand. The front of house staff are always very helpful.

Through lots of work and the current cost of living and housing, it has been a lot to try to organise a home loan and try to find a house to buy. Justin, Courtney and the team were awesome with their assistance, and through many attempts, lots of emails, queries and questions they consistently took the time to respond and ease my concerns, even through some of the Banks frustrating sides with getting the final approval, they helped keep me calm and really made me feel looked after and were doing there utmost in supporting me. Will definitely be keeping the Berwick branch as my main bank!
