Bendigo Bank 55 Grenfell Street Adelaide

This is a comment/ directed at Prospect branch, whose reviews have conveniently been turned off. Prospect branch will be closed for almost 4 weeks because of non functional air-conditioning. How disgraceful that a bank couldn't solve this issue in less time. Do you realise that this inconveniences your customers? There are many people who work without air-conditioning, ever and still turn up to work, daily so, please do not cite health and safety concerns. Your website doesn't show that this branch is closed. Why? Your decision to close the branch was thoughtless and inconsiderate ! Think of your customers next time. I would rate you a 0 if possible!

Not sure if this is the head office or just a branch, but it looks like the main one, so read this. Your lending and discharge team are a complete joke. You dragged me around for over a month just to release a discharge letter and approve settlement. Why? Because the longer I stayed on the loan, the more money you made. You don’t care about people, you just ignore them and hope they give up. I called almost every day, spoke to different bunch of people, and every single one gave me a different story or what should I do or ow to escalate, which non was correct/true. Nothing but excuses and rubbish. You even tried to blame the Victorian Government, saying you never got their email, but they told me straight up you were lying. This is exactly why everyone hates dealing with Bendigo Bank. I only stayed with you because I was locked in, and I left the second I could. I’ll never come back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears how useless you are.

This bank is very low of money. They keep my 11.000$ for 3 years without paying any interest. When i request withdraw they said I need to wait another 1 month to get my money back while they automatically put my term deposit renewed without my agreement. Be aware when you want to deposit any money here
