Bendigo Bank 473A High Street Preston

Can't get anything correct. Called multiple times and can't even send the correct info. Asked for simple statements on closed accounts and they cant even send what was asked for. Bendigo bank is no longer a bank that cares unless they see the $$$$$

1staff member came to check on what customers in line needed, after 15min of being there, only 1 teller behind the desk with a line of 5 people, when served, staff were rude & 1 in particular had a condescending attitude towards this old lady, kept her at desk for 25min. Will NEVER visit this branch again.

I went into the Bendigo Bank Preston branch today on the 4th of February at 9:30am. The task I was needing help with was laborious and complex. I am hugely grateful to the lady at the teller (I think her name was Helen), and another woman working there - they went above and beyond to help me. They took considerable time to look through records to help me with a task - when they could have just said no. I am so thankful for their generosity and time, thank you!

One of my worst customer service experiences ever, so much of Ego and attitude literally feels like he is giving out his own money for Free without taking interest. We went in for a housing loan and unfortunately had to deal with Sam Papadoupoulus, very unfortunate. We emailed the Bank manager for a request to deal with another person, where no action was taken. Stay away from him and save your peace of mind. I would not want to mention each and every issue, but by far the worst service ever received for a service where they make huge money. Poor Poor Poor attitude

Worst experience in a long time, Erin and her team I would never recommend them ever, I would stay away from this bank in general. After being wasted 2 months of running around gathering documents and was promised for a pre-approval only to reject me without giving me a solid reason was distressing to say the least especially because I had made sure that if I didn't have a chance I wouldn't of went through with the application. Also they lied on my application and Erin made some questionable remarks which confirmed my suspicions. Also front desk are pretty rude but that goes without saying given the rest of the reviews. Please stay away from this bank as much as possible as I've learnt the hard way. Update: I have recently applied with another bank (not Bendigo) and got approved within a week also I believe that this bank never even processed the VHS for me to begin with as now I realised I should've had some confirmation from state revenue.
