I have recently a great experience with quite a few of my enquiries about opening new account, credit card application and e-banking I felt so lucky to have Penny Bellach at Darling Square making the initial contact with me and subsequently helping me with all my further enquiries. Her patience and willingness to help troubleshoot is amazing. She is by far the minimal few exceptional Customer Relationships Officer I have came across. Nataly was my initial contact when I came to Darling Square and I am very happy to have come across someone like her. She gave me all the information I needed, guided me through the entire process when I applied for a credit card and when I requested a limit increase. I must say that everyone at the Darling Square branch is very friendly and helpful. I have not been with Bendigo Bank for very long but I feel like I made the right move when I chose this particular bank. If I could suggest something to improve the service, it would be an option that is currently not available, which is to increase or decrease the limit online.
