Bendigo Bank 109 113 Liverpool Street

Do not recommend. We had a man come over today to value our house as we wanted to refinance with Bendigo. Positive, he was right on time! Negatives, didn’t speak a word to us (in our own home). Rushed through everything, when making small talk he scoffed at us. We knew straight away they weren’t interested in us. Fair enough but maybe don’t be rude and insensitive?

Honestly been with Bendigo bank for 25 years always great but over the last few years try contacting someone at rosny or hobart I'm paying 7.25% on my loan had it reduced 5 months ago oh my still paying it

My partner and I had a wonderful recent experience with Sam at the Hobart branch. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was handled efficiently and on time.

Nicola (customer service officer) from Bendigo Bank Hobart Branch was very rude and aggressive when I mentioned that I would like my one dollar back from my Sandhurst Account before closing. She had no clue how to close an account. Nicola is rude aggressive, irritable and ignorant. A disgrace! Be aware of disrespectful staff and frequent outages with this bank.
