BBVA Bank 13 Avenida España Estepona

I visit this branch today and the blond lady ( sorry I don’t remember her name) was so helpful and friendly. She was able to help with all my enquiries. Also her English was very good what made all experience even better. Thank you so much.

I am very dissatisfied with the bank service. I do not have an account in this bank, but I had to pay taxes (as I always do in this branch on the waterfront street). I had to do it urgently. I arrived with a small baby and had to spend more than 2 hours waiting for my “turn”. New people kept arriving and probably the “machine” that gives turn numbers gives priority to bank clients and I had to keep waiting passing people that were arriving and arriving after me. So I kindly asked the person in a “director room” to let me go as I clearly saw 2 workers that were free. All the line was to the main desk. He said that he can not do anything as it is machine that gives turn numbers. So all people who were inside (12 people) asked the lady at the main desk to let me go, as they saw how tired my baby was after 2 hours in the bank. She agreed but then she saw that I had several declarations to pay and told me to still wait in the line. This shows that: 1) Even the director of the branch is

I experienced nothing but stellar. My personal banker is always helpful and answers all my questions. Every time I go for an appointment, I'm greeted and attended to right away, and he makes everything quickly. Even helps me by email. Keep up the good work.

As i see, the reviews are not important for you but i think it’s the only way to express my feeling and making your rate less than what it is. Your bank is closed and on google is open. I spent my time and energy to arrive there but I noticed there’s nobody there. Whenever they are the have the worst service and behave the people like animals. For all the city they have 2 branches and 1 person to attend the people any of them and they don’t help. Is that hard to hire 1 more employee for one of the most important banks of spain? The answer is no; it’s not hard. They just want more benefits and the people has no value for them. Shame on you employees who work there and shame on BBVA head office. Just to let you know I’m moving my high turnover business from BBVA to Caixa. Regards

Terrifying!!! I was discriminated against since the moment I entered in that office. The lady at the main desk is absolutely disrespecful, she clearly doesn't like foreigners and she makes you feel very umconfortable, after 50 minutes waiting to be assisted, she was singing out loud my bank account details, moneys and personal data like she was in a gimpsy's market, totally unacceptable. Obviously that lady needs training about what personal data is and the term of confidentiality. Totally lack of professionalism, very traumatic experience.
