The manager is very rude and doesn't provide good information about the required procedures; he attends to them very reluctantly.
Antonia and the other employee were very attentive, but the gentleman who works there doesn't provide good customer service. Once, he hung up on me on the phone without finishing explaining a problem I was having, and he also treats people in the physical office with indifference, as if we already know everything and offering no help. I understand that there are fewer and fewer staff in the offices, but that doesn't excuse them from providing good customer service because it's not the customer's problem.
I'm a soldier, currently deployed on an overseas mission. My multi-channel banking is blocked, and no matter how hard I try, nobody helps me. I haven't been able to pay my rent, loans, or send money for five months. My card is deactivated, and they're not offering any solutions. They just tell me to wait until I get back to the country. I'm in Africa for months, where I can't even check my payslips, transfers, or payments. The excuse is security, when they're actually hurting me far more than they realize. When I return in June, I'm moving all my money to another bank. All I need is for this damn app to be unblocked. I've been dealing with this for a month and a half now. It's unbelievable that for some things they ask for two pieces of information, and for others they require my physical presence, even though I've verified my identity countless times. Zero telephone service. No one answers when you call the Av. De España office in Albacete. The customer identification system doesn't work over the phone either. They should modernize a bit and give customers the service they deserve. AWFUL SERVICE
