Barclays Bank 69 Albion Street Leeds

I popped into this branch just before they closed. I didn't have my card with me and needed to withdraw some cash. I was approached by Anne (a lovely barclays staff member) who helped me use one of the machines. She instructed me on how I can produce a QR code using my Barclays app and walked me through the whole process. It was all new to me and am always quite skeptical using these machines but I genuinely feel more confident moving forward. Great branch and Thank you Anne for all your help.

Had an emergency visa appointment tomorrow and I needed an up-to-date statement from the bank. I visited this branch, Jo Kalsi and the Anne was extremely kind and helpful. They sorted out my problems in a very timely manner. I really appreciate the help I got from this branch. Barclays is always my favorite bank.

Callam and Leighton were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and supportive while assisting with my account at the Albion Street branch. The whole process was smooth, clear, and handled with real professionalism. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Walked into the branch and bumped into Tracey who used to work in the Moortown branch , recognised me after not having seen her in over 6 years as I moved to London in 2019. Great to see a face and also exceptional service which unfortunately is lacking in other banks. Thankyou for making visit remarkable .

Went into the Leeds branch today to get some euros. The lady on the door Dani was very helpful as Barclays have stopped doing this in branch. She gave me information about the travel wallet and showed me how to view the information on the App. It took a few minutes to set up , and saved me time going upstairs. She was very polite knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. Thank you Dani for your brilliant service.
