Anna was very helpful and welcoming as we needed to get assistance with our account. She then arranged for us to meet with Jess who specialises in the product. Jess took time to understand our circumstances, provided detailed explanations and reiterated very helpful information that helped us feel grounded and gave us insights we needed and had never been explicitly told about before, guiding us to invaluable information on the Barclays website we hadn’t come across. We left the meeting feeling very reassured and well informed. Jess also invited us back should we have any questions or need further support. Both Jess and Anna are great assets to the Barclays Nottingham branch, and we’re happy to know we’ll have friendly helpful support in the future should we need it. We’d previously spoken to Barclays staff over the phone, but we felt we still needed to speak to someone in person. After the in person discussion, we were so glad we went in.
