Barclays Bank 13-15 Cornmarket Street Oxford

This morning I visited Barclays and the cashier, Tasha, absolutely made my day. She was incredibly kind and helpful with my request. My mother-in-law will be forever grateful because Tasha helped us find a £1 coin of King Charles III. Thank you so much, Tasha! ❤️

I visited the Oxford Barclays branch today after being logged out of my app because I forgot my password (haha!). I was assisted by Chijioke, who was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He explored different options to help me regain access to the app and also guided me through other app-related issues I had. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. Big ups to Chijioke and the Oxford Barclays team for such excellent customer service.

I am happy with how he was able to serve me at the branch with intelligence and good manners, with high work efficiency and good quality. I visited the Cornmarket branch with an issue relating to an online payment that had been delayed. The staff member, Fojan, who helped me was professional and efficient and the matter quickly resolved. I was also given some useful advice about my savings and how they could be invested more efficiently. It is good to know that there are helpful staff available to deal with issues in person rather than online or by phone.
