Danielle was helpful throughout on my queries around getting a credit card, the benefits, and option to go with. She helped me through the application, answered all my queries, gave me suggestions & advice to help manage the credit card + the impacts to credit score, and was pleasant throughout. She offered to help me if the credit card application goes through & having the credit card, to comeback into the bank to get it all setup & activated. She also showed me routes through the app how to get information for a mortgage agreement in principle. Really pleasant experience with Danielle today.

OMG, Bev was so amazing today, even though she wasn't the one scheduled to see me. This complicated job ended up taking a number of hours. Not once was I made to feel that we had to rush because there were other appointments waiting. Bev took the time to make sure that everything was done properly. All processes were double checked to ensure that a further visit would not be needed. Bev was very knowledgeable and focused on the task whilst being professional, caring and understanding. I would without hesitation recommend Bev to anyone who is needing help with there banking or power of attorney issues - awesome.

She showed me features on my app that I didn’t even know existed, helped me close old accounts, and set up new ones that were much more relevant for me. She was friendly, personable, and we even had a laugh along the way. The whole experience was so positive that I’d happily drive to the Bolton branch again. And the coffee shop recommendation was spot on — my friend and I had a lovely lunch afterwards.
