Hello, I have been a client of yours since 2018 and until September 2025, I never had any problems with this branch. However, since the arrival of the new Director and also the professional advisor, I have had nothing but trouble. The application doesn't work, and to get a document, I have to send several emails and call multiple times (the phone is never available). On December 18th at 11:00 AM, I had a phone appointment with her, an appointment confirmed by email and a voicemail, and to my surprise, no one called me back, not even to apologize. Today, I am very disappointed with this branch and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Avoid this agency at all costs. They have no regard for their customers or how they listen. They refuse to return savings, claiming it covers account closure fees. I had over €1700 in savings. They haven't responded to any inquiries, and I've contacted their mediation service. This establishment is not recommended.
