I've been going there since at least 2018, before it wasn't bad, but now it's horrible, the advisors don't answer at reception, it's even worse when you need advice, they barely answer you properly enough for you to understand, I advise you not to go there at all, plus they take €100 from you for just about anything and everything whenever they want as if it were their own money.
