Banque Populaire Val de France 2 Place du Maréchal-Leclerc Poitiers

We switched Banque Populaire branches five months ago because we were dissatisfied with our advisor. In those five months, I've only contacted my new advisor twice. My first request received only a partial response, and my second has gone unanswered for over ten days. Is there still a reliable and professional Banque Populaire branch in the Vienne region?

This bank is best avoided. Previously, in 2017, my advisor would reply to my emails within 30 minutes to an hour. Now, I have to wait 3 to 4 days for a response, and sometimes I don't get any at all. Furthermore, calls to the reception desk go unanswered. I am a customer of two other banks and I haven't encountered these problems. Banque Populaire's service has declined considerably.

Terrible organization and a reception that needs improvement! I made an appointment by phone about ten days ago with an advisor at this branch. Having her name on file, I thought everything was set. The result? When I arrived today, I was informed that no appointment had been booked and that the advisor in question was already busy with another client. I had wasted half a day for nothing. As a prospective customer, I visited other banks in the area and received a much better welcome and professional service. It's a shame, but I prefer to go where customers are valued.

Extremely shocked to see that in 2024, this bank still doesn't have an ATM for depositing checks. A huge waste of time for all customers, it's a shame. Fortunately, the service remains friendly and customer-focused. Edit: January 13, 2025, still no ATM. While modernization is on the horizon, Banque Populaire Val de France prefers to waste its customers' time. On top of that, a nasty surprise to find that there are no more envelopes for depositing cash: because they're constantly closed, there's no one left to refill them. I'll change banks at the first opportunity; this is unacceptable.
