New advisor since the end of November 2024. Doesn't reply to messages, doesn't call back. Blocks your debit card, rejects direct debits and checks without notifying you. If she had read the messages informing her of incoming funds... She says, "I didn't have time to read the messages." And she told us, "Your former advisor is your former advisor, and I am me." Who does she think she is? Letter sent to head office management. Because, on top of everything else, she's not friendly. We're going to change banks. If you have this new advisor and you have problems, RUN!

Unbelievable, but what are banks for? 🤔 Isn't it a place where I can get money? I've been a customer at Banque Populaire for over 30 years. I'm going shopping and I forgot my bank card at home. 30 km away. So I go to my bank to withdraw cash from my account at the counter, and what a shock. I can't get cash because the bank doesn't give money over the counter and there's no instant withdrawal. I absolutely need my bank card. Where are we going? I think I'm standing on my head. 😱😱

Avoid this bank! An advisor who takes advantage of a young customer to charge exorbitant fees without ever informing him to change the payment dates... They have to pay their 15th-month bonus somehow!

Just avoid... Fees, advisors constantly in meetings or on vacation! Everything is designed to harm businesses. Over €150,000 in turnover and no overdraft authorization after 3 years of operation, yet commonplace in the construction industry! No more simple rejection notifications, fees, a disgrace!
