No commitment regarding deadlines, application blocked without any explanation. Our loan application has apparently been accepted for two months, but the loan department hasn't sent us the paperwork. The daily follow-ups are exhausting. I am outraged by such a lack of consideration for customers who want to move forward with their lives, but whom the bank completely disregards. However, when it comes to charging fees to your bank account, rest assured, no one forgets you.

A long-time customer of Banque Populaire, I recently left this bank, where I have the distinct impression that they charge fees for every little thing. As I was told at reception: "We are a commercial company." Avoid this if you've been a customer for too long. I should add that I've never had this type of problem with any other branch or with different advisors.
