I'm giving three stars for the service provided because I've never had a complaint, but I'm deducting two because the bank is unreachable from Tuesday to Friday, all day long. You're always put through to an automated system. There's no receptionist, and the advisors on site are in meetings all day? When you don't work in the area, it's quite complicated, even rather annoying.

Unreachable, never calls back and does not keep scheduled telephone appointments. To save time, move on!

This bank is full of thieves and has no interest rates. I strongly advise against going there if you need a loan, and don't even bother withdrawing money at the counter because they'll give your money to just anyone.

Utter incompetence… one star is a steep price to pay!!! No solutions, no one listens, impossible to reach!!! 0/20 for geniuses of incompetence!!!
