I'm really disappointed with the service. I arrived at 12:00 PM and waited over 90 minutes to open a dinar account, even though the office was staffed by two salespeople. While I waited, the bankers were busy making in and out transactions as if they were happening outside. So I decided to go outside for some fresh air. It was almost 2:00 PM and I still hadn't been served.

I was at the DRE department yesterday... a really warm welcome... good service... the employees are so kind... I didn't hear the usual question: "Who sent you here?" or "Did you come on someone's recommendation?" 😑 Truly competent people in the right place... well done & good luck! 🤞🏻

National Bank of Algeria Tipaza branch: The service is very good, and the employees are extremely respectful and efficient. However, at the Koléa branch, a transaction that should take half an hour took me to wait for more than two hours. The employee kept referring me to the manager, who was extremely arrogant, even refusing to return greetings. As for me, after experiencing this kind of treatment, I immediately closed my account and went to another bank that respects its customers. This is because banks need us, not the other way around. It's a principle in economics that we lose our money when we leave it in the bank for too long due to inflation. The bank is the only beneficiary of our deposits. If they don't respect their customers, we have no need for them. Ultimately, ba
