I almost have issue at this bank every time I have to go there. You will have to wait minimum 20 minutes even if there is literally no one before you in line. My card took almost 3 months to get issued after a request of an upgrade. My currently working card was blocked just because the new one was issued but never delivered to me. I had to stay without a card for almost 1.5 months and had to totally rely on cash. Also, the ATM doors were closed outside working hours without any prior notice to the customers even though another bank just next door was working just fine. Customers should receive prior notice before closing ATM doors. The management need to take these small stuff seriously or else people can take their money else were, maybe just next door.

Poor service

I hope this bank improves the quality of its customer service.

The staff has no respect for customers and no regard for professional ethics. For example, today I went to open an account at 9 AM, and one of the employees rudely told me to wait five minutes. Then, blonde women started coming and going, getting their needs met, and having accounts opened for them, while I swear to God, they didn't even look at me. Honestly, I personally wouldn't recommend anyone deal with the Bousmail branch of this bank. The staff is arrogant, acting as if the bank belongs to their father and they are his heirs.

I was very impressed by their professionalism and their ability to handle things quickly. I get the impression that this team's main mission is to make life easier for their clients. Some private sector banks should take this bank as an example. Thank you 🙏🏻🎩
