I had a very bad experience at this BNA agency. The staff were unprofessional and treated clients with disrespect, acting like they were doing us a favor. There's no sense of customer service, and it seems like they only help people they know. Very disappointing, especially the cashier and the woman at the dinar counter. I hope there will be better supervision and accountability.

Fairly good service and central location.
They renovated the waiting room, replacing the old broken seats with armchairs, and also repainted and updated the counters. Today is Ramadan, so there are few people.
The worst agency, zero reception and service.
