Despite the other negative reviews, I'm happy with my experience. I opened a savings account with a bank card (CIB) that I received within the expected timeframe. I can access my account via the app and the website. Knowing that there are still some improvements to be made, it's pretty good, thank God.

I had a terrible experience with this agency. The salespeople give out their phone number but never answer calls. You always have to go to their office to get any information. Furthermore, the agent in charge of vehicle registration documents is completely unprofessional: he gave me an appointment between 9:00 and 9:30 AM, but then didn't show up until 10:30 AM, without even offering an apology. His behavior demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. You don't even deserve one star.

Every time they tell me to "come back next week," nothing changes. There's no follow-up, no clear explanation. A huge waste of time and a complete lack of professionalism.

The service is very slow and needs improvement with their employees. They laugh in front of customers; a little respect wouldn't hurt.
