This bank is close to or just across the street from Plaza Rio. I have never been a fan of Banorte because they charge more to use their ATMs y they give a lower rate of exchange dollar vs peso. I prefer to either walk 50 feet more y use Bancomer just across the street OR even better walk across the street to the Santander Bank y you save 50 pesos y get a much better exchange rate.

I generally have a good experience. The last time I went, the representative made me wait because a client called her on her cell phone. So even if you're on the phone, if you don't know anyone there, they won't respect your time. And another important thing: don't accept assistance calls; be careful and protect them because they'll try to charge you even if you don't agree.

This is the only bank where you can make deposits at the ATM because the others in the city center close after 9 pm. You go there and the ATMs are out of service. This bank is going from bad to worse.
