This branch is terrible. Most of the time, if not always, the ATM for deposits is out of order, and there's only one teller. It's awful. I recommend going to another branch.

Terrible service. I went to open an account. When I walked in, I told the woman, "I'm here to open an account. What do I need?" "Just your INE," she replied. "Okay, that sounds perfect." She gave me a number, which I found strange because there was only one person ahead of me. Well, just one person. Other people arrived and were served first. I guess it's preferential treatment because they're already customers. But after waiting an hour without being seen, a representative approached me and asked, "What transaction are you going to make?" "I want to open an account." "Okay. Do you have your INE?" "Yes." "Do you have the 5,000 pesos?" "What?" "Yes, to open any account, you need to open it with 5,000 pesos." "Didn't they tell you that?" "Noooo, they didn't tell me anything. I asked when I came in, and I've been waiting for an hour." All she said was, "Oh," turned around, and that was it... What?! Wow, they didn't teach him manners at home, that's incredible... I was thinking of migratin

Terrible service. The young woman at the door was chatting away, and just as I was about to select my service, she approached me. When it was my turn, I waited seated, and then a girl who works at City Hall came and sat down in front of a cashier. When it was finally my turn, the cashier let the girl go ahead without a number or anything, and when the screen changed again, it was my turn, but they took me to another register. This is nothing like the Banorte branch in Manantial. They were very kind and even gave me priority for pregnant women.

Luis, the executive at Desk 7, helped me switch my payroll to Banorte and gave me a no-annual-fee credit card with many benefits I didn't get from my bank. He helped me purchase motorcycle insurance, which was super affordable, and I was able to pay interest-free in installments. Very efficient.

Extremely slow. The staff are attentive and friendly, but incredibly slow. I waited for over an hour and a half just to receive a card. It seems they prioritize friends and acquaintances over customers. I had to stand up and complain before they even paid attention to me.
